HD8 Cannot load video clip.

Hello all, HD8 user here, brand new out the box. Cannot load video clips, no matter how short, or what format. GIF, MOV, MP4.

The Atem media players aren't really designed to play videos - they're designed for short video clips, delivered as frame sequences for things like logos or transition effects - not for full blown video playback as a Hyperdeck (or other media player) replacement.

Indeed, from the spec pages of the Atem HD8

Media Pool Video File Format
TGA sequence.

You will need to convert your video files to a TGA sequence, paying attention to the maximum number of frames available - at HD this is only 200 frames - between 3 and 8 seconds of video depending on your output frame rate.

Copy that, just figured that out. Man I have so much to learn.
