We have 4 Teranex converters that we are planning on using as scalars for on-air computers in our control rooms. We would like to install the Teranex software on workstations in the control rooms so that any of the production staff can operate remotely.
Unfortunately, the Teranex boxes and workstations will be on separate subnets, so when the software launches, it can't mdns across the subnet to find the devices. I can manually add the units in the software after I launch, however, I need the units to be there when the users launch the software.
Question - Does anyone know of a config or ini modification that I can make to the software installation that would add those devices upon launch
