ATEM recording without trigger

I have an ATEM extreme. I left my equipment on overnight and woke up the next day to see it had turned on recording several times during the night. The recording began around 3am in the morning. It had not been left on. There was no obvious trigger to begin the recording. It stopped after about 90 minutes of recording. Then started again a few hours later.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Other than remembering to turn it off, any way to ensure it doesn't happen?
