Atem not Communicating

My ATEM M/E 1 4k is not currently responding. To lead you through the whole scenario, one of my switchers was connected to the console and communicating fine, until it lost connection- was not in use. just lost connection. While the switcher still produces a feed of the camera inputs it will not allow me to switch the cameras nor will it connect to the ATEM software. The switcher console as well as the ATEM and console in my classroom studio show up on the network but not the one in question. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
