I use both ATEM Mini Pro and ATEM SDI Pro ISO switchers in two different rooms.
Both exhibit this exact same problem,
...when streaming simultaneously to
1) Facebook using the RJ45 jack, ATEM Control's Output streaming pane, and a 'streaming software' connection to Facebook, and
2) Youtube using the ATEM USB cable and Youtube's 'Webcam connection'
No other software is involved, e.g. no OBS or other streaming software. Computer is running Windows 10.
The audio played back on Facebook sounds great and the audio played on YouTube sounds warbly/washboardy.
The good sound on the Facebook stream makes me think this is not an interface problem between the mono sound source (Soundcraft mixer) and the ATEM, but rather a software bug either in ATEM's webcam output or YouTube Live.
Anyone else ever try to stream to these 2 services using Ethernet for one and Webcam for the other? Do you have any ideas?
Since it sounded like a phasing problem, I compared the R and L channels on bad YouTube audio in a DAW and they exactly null (i.e. are identical).
I have tried both ATEM Control 9.0 and 10.3.1, and still have the same problem.
I'm still within the return window for my ATEMs...
