Audio to SDI outputs all the same

Since my last update on the Audio to SDI and Audio to SDI 4k, all 4 of the embedded outputs follow input 1. Adding signal to inputs 2,3,4 has no effect. Is there a way to downgrade to firmware? I have checked the switches, all OFF, and toggled them as well.

Remove the lastest converter software. Install earlier version. Do an "update" That is how you flash older firmware to the device.

I have tried your suggestion, but the "update" option does not reveal itself.

Then you need a much older version. Look at least a year or more back.

I was able to go way back and update/downgrade but that did not work.
The real issue was in the BM 12G Video Assist that was reporting erroneous/duplicated data on the VU meters. Switching audio inputs to XLR and back remedied the situation.
