Afternoon Everyone,
My company just purchased a large amount of Blackmagic equipment, including a 2 M/E Constellation switcher, 1 M/E Advanced Panel 10, ATEM Camera Control Panel, 3 Blackmagic Studio Converter's, and 3 Studio Camera 6k Pros. I've successfully connected the cameras to the studio converters via the CAT 6 connection and then the sdi out to the Constellation. I've got picture with this, so great. I've got a network router as a hub between the Constellation, the Advanced Panel 10, the Camera Control Panel and the Studio Converters. Here is the problem: The Constellation, the Advanced Panel 10, and the Camera Control Panel all see each other and seem to be working in concert. Changing the program camera on the Constellation or the Advanced Panel changes the program camera on the other and that also reflects on the Camera Control Panel. However the Studio Converters and the Cameras seem to be out of the loop. I never get anything other than the white "stand by" message on the studio converters and no camera control messages seem to get passed from the Camera Control Panel to the cameras either. I also have not been successful in having the intercom from the Constellation work at the cameras either. Does anyone have any helpful hints for me?
