Replace Spin Knob on Videohub?

We recently acquired a Videohub 12x12 that is missing the spin knob.

Does anyone know how the knob connects to the Videohub internally? Does is screw in? Does it snap in? Are there connector wires to a socket or pin on an internal board?

Anyone know how to get a new spin knob to put in the Videohub 12x12?
