UltraStudio 4k not working with M1 Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1

I have an M1 Mac with an M1 Max and 64gb or ram. I am running Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 and Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup 12.4.2 I cannot get my Ultra Studio 4k to work. It has previously worked on this computer. I can see that the computer sees the Ultra Studio 4k but it does not show up in Desktop video. I have attached a screenshot to show this. Please help, in 12.4.2 it says that the Ultra Studio 4k should work with Ventura but I have found that not to be the case.

I just upgraded my MacStudio M1 machine to 13.3.1 and now my Ultrastudio 4K is not working properly either. I made sure the computer has "reduced security". Same problem as you. What's the work around anyone?
