Here is what happens:
1) The atem switcher's button layout stops appearing in atemSoftwareControl
2) Pinging the switcher still gets a response.
3) Opening the atemSetup software, I'm asked to install an Update (even if I have the latest version)
4) The "Update" fails and I get an endless "connecting" screen.
Restarting the Switcher (un- and re-plugging its power cord) fixes this, but it will happen again eventually.
Has anyone else had this problem?
