Web Presenter 4K: go live and stop stream buttons lock up

I have the Web Presenter 4K on our network and noticed when we try to use the software to go live, the buttons are non-active after a certain period of time. They just stop working. The buttons on the panel of the hardware device also stop working. I just unplug it and plug it back in and it resets. Has anybody experienced this? If so, what’s the workaround? Thanks.

I just had something similar happen. We have our Web Presenter 4K on our network and we were streaming for about 23 minutes, then suddenly the stream stopped. The web presenter still displayed that it was "On Air" and the buttons stopped working. The monitor output still showed everything as operational.
