ATEM Extreme HDMI Output port stopped working

Hi,
I purchased an ATEM Extreme in December 2022. Last week, one of my HDMI outputs stopped working. I updated the firmware, hoping this would help, but it still does not work. Can someone help me?

Did you try some other hdmi cables?

Hdmi related issues are very often a problem with the cable/plug itself.
