Hi all, hoping you can help me with reference for the Hyperdeck Studio Pros.
We have (4) Hyperdeck Studio Pro units that we are attempting to sync to an external Aida Sync Generator (TGEN 6P).
No matter which mode we set the Hyperdecks to, none of them will displays the "REF" icon on the display to show they are locked to the external source.
I have a Ki-Pro Go that is set up as well, and is accepting the reference from the sync generator, so I know it is working properly.
Not only have I tried each ref setting option, amongst powering down each device in hopes it will catch the signal, I have tried cascading the Hyperdecks ref so that the built in Sync Generator of the first deck will provide reference for the rest to lock to.
Same story, no "REF" displayed on the screen. Not only is there no information in the manual on how to activate/engage the sync generator, if that needs to be done, and all units daisy chained, after trying both "Auto" & "External" reference sources, still absolutely nothing.
I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point, this should be a simple thing to accomplish, so hoping the community can help me find out why these decks will not accept ref source.
