Hi all
We have had a 40 x 40 Videohub from new in a studio install for the last 14 months. No problems at all since install but it now appears to have had a significant failure. Both PSU's still functioning but no ins/outs routing. buttons on from work but are laggy; very odd. Tried power cycling and no change.
It's not old and whilst it has always been powered on it's in a well ventilated studio environment with space above and below for air flow.
Anyone seen anything like this before or have any ideas?
