Atem Television Studio HD8 - Studio Output Question

We are not getting program mix out of the two Studio Outs any ideas? There is a Program Mix volume button, but doesn't seem to do anything.

We do get program mix out of the Control Out. Is this correct, shouldn't we also get program mix through the Studio Out jacks?

Hello John. The design of the Studio Out feed was to provide a method for the director to speak with the studio only. It does not provide program audio as you have observed. Since we don't have a method to mute the Studio Out when microphones are enabled, it is best to use a different method to provide program audio linked with the microphone console that can provide that function.
