Hi everyone! I recently borrowed an ATEM Mini Extreme ISO from a neighboring department for a livestream production. During production, everything went great. The ATEM recorded all cameras I wanted and the overall file also came out just as expected. I gave the ATEM back to the neighboring team and was done.
They just recently brought me back in and asked what I'd done. The ATEM now records the master file super low quality but all the individual camera files are fine. I have no idea what happened after I handed the ATEM back but how can I fix this? I figure it's a setting somewhere but I can't figure it out. Thank you in advance!
