Ursa Broadcast G2 : 6K 12:1 vs 8:1

So I have a big dilemma that is quite recurring regarding compression. Let’s say you have to make an ISO recording of a concert in good quality. and we love the braw workflow
For the wide camera ( Ursa broadcast G2 / EF ) , would you shoot :
- UHD , Braw 8:1
- 6K , Braw 12:1
- 6K , Braw 8:1
I want to use that camera to punch in a little with dynamic zooms in post.
What would you recommend ? Is there a big difference between 6K 12:1 and 8:1 ?
