ATEM Mini Pro ISO strange noise from the fan

I've bought a brand new ATEM Mini Pro ISO. From the very first start it produces very loud and strange noise, probably, from its fan?

What's that? How to fix that?

I'm having the exact same issue with a regular ATEM Mini Pro (not ISO) that arrived a couple of days ago. See this video upload:

It sounds like one or more of the fan blades is striking the ventilation housing. You can hear the fan running from an adjacent room. The unit is completely unusable which is incredibly disappointing as it otherwise works perfectly and is an excellent product, and because it was special order as I live outside the united states.
