LIVESTREAM SET UP

At the place where I work, we intend to build a studio that can be used for television, streaming, and podcasting. I would like to pose several inquiries regarding Blackmagic switchers and other equipment.
The first inquiry pertains to whether it is necessary to have a computer for live broadcasting, or if, conversely, it suffices to have a switcher where I can input the data for the platform I would be using to broadcast, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, for example. Is it imperative to have a PC and utilize OBS or some other similar software for broadcasting?
How essential is the Blackmagic Web Presenter for our purposes? Should I consider acquiring a unit of the BMWP, or is it not so indispensable?
I have been analyzing, based on the studio's needs, that I should contemplate a means of having backup for the activities to be carried out in this space. Consequently, I have been pondering whether it is significant to add a HyperDeck Studio to this setup. Is it necessary, or is the switcher sufficient?
My final inquiry relates to the entire configuration. I have been giving this a lot of thought and would like to know if, by merely relying on Blackmagic equipment, is it possible to conduct a broadcast and forego the need for a computer?
Can I perform a live broadcast solely with a Blackmagic Switcher, a Blackmagic Web Presenter, and the HyperDeck Studio, without the necessity of a computer?
