WebPresenter HD Audio signal

Needing some help here please.
Our WebPresenter HD continues to lose audio signal during our live streaming for our church. The only fix I have right now is to disconnect the USB-C cable from the back of the unit. I have an audio interface Scarlett 2i2 as a backup audio source to swap when this happens.
The WebPresenter is connected to an Atem Television studio 4K to a Mac Studio M1 Max 64gb.
