Hello, I don't have anything currently in the ecosystem of BMD ATEM and am not going to purchase. However, I was wondering if it is possible to get camera shading control of this without an ATEM SDI unit? I checked on the Design Studio Converter and there looks to be a "control" port on it but the manual explicitly states that it is not active in this software revision. So, my question is this:

Is there anyway to deploy a Studio Camera 4k G2 and control the camera shading via IP or another method other than ATEM SDI camera Control?

Not via Ethernet.

It can be controlled via HDM or SDI from ATEM switchers... or if you'd like to use a third party device there are other companies such as Skaarhoj who make third party control devices that work with Blackmagic cameras.

Skaarhoj RCP's with SDI out will also work without you using an Atem for CCU control..

That USB-SDI control looks like it could be the answer especially in our use case because control of that from a KVM seat in our Control Room would be perfect!
