ATEM Television Studio HD no longer accepting PC HDMI input

I had our TV Studio HD set up today to test out some captioning software we may need to use next month. I plan to use the laptop (Windows or Mac) as downstream key source and had the software (StreamText) configured to do the job rather nicely, running on a second display.

I had done this some years back, using one of the same computers (an old Windows laptop) that was one of the ones I was trying today. The laptops (both Windows and Mac) can recognize that I'm connected to a BMD HDMI destination, but regardless of the settings I tried, I can not get it to appear on the ATEM. We have a couple of other ATEMs, but they will be tied up for longer than I have to test this. I also tried a variety of video settings, but actually none of those had changed since the last time we used the system and had it working with both Mac and Windows (1080i/60).

I tried a variety of HDMI cables, a BMD Thunderbolt to SDI MiniRecorder, a BMD BiDirectional HDMI-SDI box, too. Our Teranex is out with the big ATEM, so I couldn't try that. I can't escape the feeling that I'm missing something really stupid, but I tried just about everything I could think of.

Help!!

What resolution and frame rate is the ATEM set at?

I tried setting it to two different frame rates. It was originally set at at 59.97i to accommodate or older cameras, but I also tried 29.97p because that's what we'll be using with our new URSA Broadcast G2s.

Remember there are no scalers in the TVS HD - all your sources have to outputting in the exact same format as chosen on the Atem. If your Atem is now set to 29.97p you will also have to set that on the computers.
