Mac OS Ventura (Permissions issue?)

Hello everyone, if I'm posting in the forum, situation seems to truly be dire :)) I also observed, that this issue is kind of common, so there it goes.

As the subject title describes, after updating to Ventura, my Decklink Duo 2 and Ultrastudio Mini recorder stopped showing up in the Desktop Video setup app. Both devices show up in the systems report. The pc is 2019 Macbook pro 16', OS is Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

- Tried reinstalling the app, including downgrading
- All permissions are given to anything named blackmagic in the OS
- Found some tutorials that leads to deleting somethingblackmagicsomething.kext, did all of that
- PRAM, SMC resets were done

However, no results. And there's a plot twist; my colleague's 2018 Macbook Pro 2018 running Ventura 13.2.1 works just fine, so it's not a hardware issue. I've tried cross-check'ing permissions or that sort of discrepancies, however, nothing of difference. My hunch is that permission settings are to blame, however I can't really figure it out.

I'd assume sometime in the near future a possible update on the Desktop Video Setup should be released to account for this, but as these are my main work tools and really don't want to reinstall my OS, maybe any solutions are found for this?

Many thanks if anyone could give me a clue and cheers

Indeed. This is an issue - cannot install the Blackmagic Studio Converter "Desktop Video" on Ventura. I had to upgrade for the Adobe Creative Suite (from Catalina - so jumped a few MacOS updates) and the Blackmagic software opens but notes that "No Devices Are Found".

Any solutions to install a Studio Converter using OS Ventura? Cannot find any drivers or updates on the Blackmagic site.

Shite :/ I already began the painful process of downgrading and reinstalling OS, manually transferring file after file, as I can't use my time machine backup for an older OS. Kinda sad, really, when your gear is essentially bricked even after waiting half a year for software developers to catch up :(
