Web Presenter 4K vs HD ( more reliable ? )
Posted: Sun May 14, 2023 10:34 pmSo we are thinking of replacing our Web Presenter HD units that are not usable and reliability is not very good. We've been using them for the past two years and it turns out that on multiple networks and servers , the cache will often fill up after an hour or sometimes more. And the stream fails. That + the fact that it does not support the ATEM Constellation 8K due to that Rec2020 flag issue is really bad. Also the streaming quality isn't that great.
We were thinking of going for LiveU Solo Pro but before , we are thinking of giving a chance to the Web Presenter 4K models. Has anyone seen reliability improvements over the HD? And higher quality compression ?
