Install Issue - Can't find msi

I'm trying to install ATEM v9.0.1.msi
It fails, saying I first need to uninstall ATEM Switchers
When I try and get Windows to uninstall Blackmagic ATEM Switchers 8.7.1.0, it fails, because it can't find the 8.7.1.msi
Question, is it ok to simply delete everything in C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackmagic Design\Blackmagic ATEM Switchers, and then try the install?
I'm assuming all my settings etc are stored in my user profile?
Secondly, for an ATEM Mini Pro, does it even matter?
