ATEM studio 4k

Has anyone experienced having inputs and outputs drop out sporadically with a ATEM Studio 4k rack unit, controlled by a mac mini and software interface? I have a early gen version of the studio 4k that started showing drop outs of input signal sources out of nowhere. I thought it might be an issue with a source needing to be converted so the ATEM sees what it wants. I swapped converters (BM and decimators) and for a short time seemed to help. Then the output started dropping out especially with moving video. Thinking I had something go bad, I ordered a new one and installed it and after a couple of months, the same issues started up again. I did a whole day of troubleshooting, swapping cables, converters and DA's for outputs and the only things that seemed to be consistent in it's behavior was the ATEM. My workaround was to use a ATEM mini extreme that we use for streaming in it's place and it's rock solid.
Has anyone experienced anything similar and found a resolution for it?

Those early models suffer when wireless hardware is near them. Wifi, wireless radio's, anything wireless will set them off and drop inputs / out.. ;)

Thanks for the information. Ironically, the wireless mics are in the same rack and the wifi nodes are close by as well. The only thing is that the system was stable for a long time. It changed when we did a Mac OS upgrade and it continued when we replaced the ATEM Studio 4k with the brand new one and the latest firmware for BM. Why "now" when it was very stable until the OS upgrade? Any thoughts or other experiences?
