ATEM->RTMP ->Docker NGIX-> VLC - Questions

I am wanting to use an atem mini to run a rtsp to view on a TV. I read this

But it uses an Ubuntu server as the middle man. Has anyone got any experience of using a docker container NGIX and using it as the server and then pushing it out to be captured by a local VLC link?
I have am outdoor LIVE video feed I am wanting to mirror inside on a TV. I currently stream live to YT and FB, but want to keep a local stream over wifi to use within the building and not having to pull down again from YT or FB.
Any help would be great.
