ULTIMATTE 12 4K ERROR

Hello guys, have some one having some trouble with dual cursor for picking color on ultimatte smart remote? when i use the dual cursor it always go back to the automatic one or it's become darker. anyone has some trouble with this kind of issue and some way to resolve this kind of error? thank you in advance

Colour picking with dual cursor is, in my experience, always a bit hit and miss.
Make sure with wall cursor you pick a brighter green area on the wall, and try for a brighter green on the floor.
If you pick a dark green area it will increase noise in the key.
