Create LTs without photoshop on Windows 11?

Create LTs without photoshop on Windows 11? Every single example I found via Google, uses Photoshop or vMix, SDI and a hardware video card.

I have ONLY vMix, and an ATEM Extreme ISO. I have a lot of LTs in vMix. vMix has a nice LT editor, can't some how leverage that to create LTs ATEM will accept?

Is there not some way I can export the vMix LTs and import them into the ATEM switcher media pool? I have very limited resources and funds, so I REALLY trying to make do with what I already have.

I don't care if I have to recreate the LTs, but there has to be some one out there is that is Windows based, does not have expensive software, and is creating LTs for an ATEM, right?

Since no one replied... the solution I finally came to was to use ProPresenter for LTs over photoshop... PP7 lets me do LTs on the fly, I don't have to mess with the limited media player on the ATEMs.
