ATEM Mini ISO Pro and 2 Terabyte Samsung T7

PostWed Jun 07, 2023 9:11 pm

I've got an array of Samsung T5 and T7 drives, most of which work just fine with my ATEM Mini ISO Pro. The exception is a 2 terabyte Samsung T7 drive. The ATEM properly identifies the drive and its free space. But when I press record it doesn't respond. If I connect the drive to another device, such as the BMPCC, that device will record to it just fine.

Is there some upper limit to the capacity of a drive that can be used with the ATEM Mini ISP Pro?

We have a 2TB T7.

Worked fine with Extreme ISO formatted ExFAT.

Never had issues but then read about potential T7 problems here so looked for something else.

I switched to Western Digital some months ago as they're on the BM list.

Have you tried different cables?

Different cables make a difference to the camera, but not the ATEM Mini ISO. My drive is also formatted ExFAT.
