I am in need of the operating application for the old Blackmagic Workgroup Videohub.
These are the discontinued (but still excellent) routers that were mounted on a rack panel and had a large heat sink in the middle.

If you or anyone you know has one of these or specifically the MAC OS software for these, please let me know.

The current Blackmagic support website only goes back to version 5.1
I'm told I need version 4.x

Since my initial pos I have found that software available on the Blackmagic website actually still does support and control these old routers.
When using the current Mac OS Catalina, download and install from the BM support page Blackmagic Videohub 7.0 Update.

I was just curious to know how you got the Workforce Videohub working, with the newer software?
More curious... as to, how you were able to get the software (which is always asking for the IP address of the unit, in order to connect), to talk over the USB port on the Videohub.

I have an older Workforce Videohub... and at one time was able to connect using the Videohub software... but now it only has the IP option for connecting (I thought the older software had a USB option, in the setup?)... and can no longer find a way to connect to this unit. I am using the Windows platform... but can't imagine the software is much different for Mac iOS... but I could be wrong?

Just wondering if you have any tips, or pointers... because they would be greatly appreciated

Be sure you are using Blackmagic Videohub Control Version 7.0.
I have is running on my MacbookPro which is running OS Catalina 10.15.7
It works great!
