ATEM Switcher loosing connection to Board

We have two complete switcher setups and both are having this issue currently. The surface and software randomly loose connection to the actual switcher. This usually last upwards of 10 seconds each time it looses connections. This happens around once every 10-15 minutes sometimes more, sometimes less.

1 m\e surface
2 m\e switcher
2 computers running the software.

I found a link with someone having similar issues and they stated to roll back to the 4.1.2 firmware\software to fix the issue. We have done that, and it hasn't helped with the issue at all.

We tried taking the network out of the equation by hooking the switcher and surface to its own segmented network with just a switch between them and the issue still occurs.

Any idea what could be causing this? We though maybe heat but the switcher is in an open rack, the room stays around 70 degrees with a fan blowing directly on the switcher to help it stay cool.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,
B

I am currently experiencing this as well. I have a 2M/E with a 1M/E panel controlling 1 of the m/e's and a computer running the ATEM control software as well as the livestream.com streaming software.

From reading the various threads, the first suggestion seems to be plugging the panel directly into the mixer (no switch in between) and then using the second switch port on the panel itself to connect to the rest of the network. Unfortunately I can't completely isolate the mixer since one of the computers controlling it also needs to connect to the internet to do the streaming.
