Soundproblem with PGM SD of ATEM 1 Switcher

I have a problem with our 1 M/E switcher. We use it to produce soccer games in germany in HD.
The clubs want to have a DVD recording of one camera so I choose the camera for "on air" and use the PGM SD output to record it on DVD. But the audio is terrible. There are 3 audiochannels in the SDI signal and they sound like feedback or something like this. The sound in the PGM HD SDI signal is clear and it is only in the SD output.
Has anyone any idea?
