Hello, this is my first topic, my question is this, as I import sequences TGA in my pool average, I select the first frame to the last, I have 180 pictures in HD 1080i, the problem I have is that it gives me error, just let me import stills frames, at this time I turned 20 still frames, the manual tells me it should be 32 and 2 clips, I have updated the SDK 4.2.1

The 32 pictures and 2 clips are only for the 1 M/E and 2 M/E, the TVS and 4K only have 20 pictures.

From the manual: Browsing and Loading Files
The ATEM 1 M/E and 2 M/E Production Switcher media pools have 32 still image windows. They also have 2 clip windows that have a location for audio. On the ATEM Television Studio and ATEM Production Studio 4K only the first 20 still image windows in the media pool are active.

This are one of the problems with BlackMagics site. In this instance it shows text for 2 models of Production Studio 4K, both the original 4K and the new 1 M/E 4K. Sometimes it´s hard to understand what features that are only for one model but the tech specs are the place to get the correct information. Especially the pictures are sometimes misleading.

At least right now it has the right information about the Production 4K and the Media Pools:
