Using VideoHub Smart Control pro with ATEM 4 M/E

Hey everyone,

Just curious if it is possible to control the aux outputs on my ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD switcher with a VideoHub Smart Control Pro? I understand this is possible on the 8K Constellation, which is why I ask.

I am needing to have aux output control for a monitor connected in a separate room from my ATEM. This room doesn’t have a computer where I can connect a stream deck to control the Aux’s like I can in other places which is why it would be great if I can connect a Smart Control pro.

You should be able to use the Videohub Smart Control for this on any Constellation. I hope this helps.

I was tested it on Constellation 8K , and it works perfect .. Garry said , that works with Constellations HD too .. So no problem ..

It would great if you could use the video hub app to control the auxiliaries of an ATEM constellation as it’s a much better interface than the ATEM software’s drop down menu.

That isn’t possible at all is it?

I think , videohub APP not see ATEM .. I have 2 videohubs in OBVAN and I can select only between this two videohubs .. Atem is not in list ..

You should be able to access any Videohub supported ATEM with the software. Use the Add Videohub button and enter the IP address for the ATEM. I hope this helps.

Will this work with the standard video hub control panels and will it work on older switchers (Production Studio 2 M/E)?

The Videohub control panels simply connect to the IP address so any of those will work with supported ATEMs. ATEMs with Videohub support include all ATEM Mini, ATEM SDI, all Constellation models and the new Television Studio HD8 and 4K8. I hope I didn't make any typos here.
