VideoHub Forgets Presets

Hello.

We have a Compact VideoHub in our control room.
Recently, it has taken to forgetting some of our routing preferences on a random basis.
Most of the routes we set (destination -> source) are saved. But there are 4 destinations that seem to default to different sources. Even after I change the sources, they snap back to the previous sources after a random amount of time (anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours).

Any ideas?

Did you check to see if it's running the most current firmware by chance?

I'm not sure. How do I look up my firmware version?

Download the newest firmware from the support page, follow the prompts for installing the software and plug the unit into the computer. It will check to see if it's running the most current firmware.

Thanks! It appears that the VideoHub needed a firmware upgrade.
I'll send an update on this forum if the problem occurs again after this upgrade.

The problem returned!
I came back to our control room this morning, and the router once again reverted back to the "default" sources for a few select destinations.

Anything else that could be causing this?

Haven't seen that in mine. A router that doesn't stay routed is f$(&ed up. You need some service calls, and probably a replacement. Still under warranty?
