Scanconvertor + Atem television studio

I have connected a scanconvertor (Extron and also a imagepro)to a hdmi input of the BMD Atem television studio. When i put a collorbars via the scanconvertor into the BMD red and blue are switched from position. The collorspace of The scanconvertor is set on rgb and The output resolution is 1920i/50Hz.When i connect a pc of Mac via the hdmi and 1920i/50Hz everything is ok.

Try setting the scan converter to yuv colour. That should work.
Or maybe stickinh a hdmi to sdi converter in between.

I tried hooking up Macs and PC's to the HDMI inputs on my ATEM Studio and I get the colors reversed as well. I cannot find anyway on these devices to change the colorspace from RGB to YUV. I assume this is the case with all ATEM's, not just mine... It appears the ATEM sends an incorrect EDID out.
