Which option is the best for me?

I am setting up a small studio with 3 Black Magic 4k cameras and a blue screen. I want to be able to record the video and switch live, only tidying up later, or straight to the web. Which tool is best for me to do this on a budget? I hope to offer various live and recorded services to clients.
