Teranex 2D Inputs

I can't get my Teranex 2d to accept anything via the HD-SDI or HDMI inputs has anyone else ran into this problem?

Make sure you don't have it plugged into your computer via thunderbolt. When it's plugged into a computer it seems to default to "computer playback" mode where the computer is the video source. Only when it's unplugged from a computer (or put into capture mode by compatible video software) will you be able to click the "input" button on the far left of the unit.

Nope I have never plugged into via thunderbolt. I wonder if thinks its in that mode. Is there a way to do a factory reset?

The LCD screen should tell you what mode it's in. For example "Playback NTSC" or "Capture 720p59.94". You can reset the unit by connecting it to a computer and re-imaging the firmware.

Re-flashing the firmware fixed the issue.
