Teranex 2D Inputs
Posted: Fri Feb 21, 2014 9:45 pmI can't get my Teranex 2d to accept anything via the HD-SDI or HDMI inputs has anyone else ran into this problem?

Posted: Fri Feb 21, 2014 10:04 pmMake sure you don't have it plugged into your computer via thunderbolt. When it's plugged into a computer it seems to default to "computer playback" mode where the computer is the video source. Only when it's unplugged from a computer (or put into capture mode by compatible video software) will you be able to click the "input" button on the far left of the unit.

Posted: Mon Feb 24, 2014 9:21 pmThe LCD screen should tell you what mode it's in. For example "Playback NTSC" or "Capture 720p59.94". You can reset the unit by connecting it to a computer and re-imaging the firmware.
