How do I upgrade Micro Videohub

So I got Micro Videohub 16x16 Plug it in and via USB to PC with installed drivers and software (5.0.6(latest) also tried 5.0.5) Using "Blackmagic Videohub" software I was able to change it to static IP by going Edit>Videohub Server Preferences. After restart I get "You must upgrade firmware on this videohub" and there's only one button "OK". I don't care which version it is as long as it works, right now I can't connect to it and control it.

Anyone knows how to do it?

The manual only covers how to upgrade the control surface but not videohub it selft.

It sounds like the client software and the Videohub firmware are different versions. To update the Videohub you need to use the update program which comes with the software.

If you are still having problems, please contact your local support office.

Which update program are you talking about?
The only two programs got installed are:
"Blackmagic Videohub" which is the client
"Blackmagic Videohub Control Utility" which lets you change setting on Videohub Control.

The manual only mentions using "Blackmagic Videohub Control Utility" to upgrade the Videohub Control but nothing about updating videohub it self. When I open it I can't add it to the "Videohub Control Panels" list... but I do get message that I must upgrade the firmware, and "OK" button. Nothing about upgrading.

Is there any other software I'm missing?

I have SmartView Duos and SmartScope Duo, those came up to upgrade and I had no problem with them.

You'll have to run the Videohub package you've downloaded, then run the Update Videohub Firmware program inside. Only then will you be able to update the firmware of the Videohub.
