Live Multicam Services

I'm working for a church and we are looking into setting up IMAG and live streaming to the web for our services. So I would like some help figuring out what cameras I to get. (the auditorium holds about 1200 people) I'm looking into to doing 3-4 cameras for now and possibly expanding in the future. I've had my eye on the canon xa-20 or xa-25 and plugging them into a camera converter for tally/coms/fiber back to the tech room. Would there be a benifit for the xa-25 cause all i see is sdi but if i'm going into the camera converter i see that not being a very compelling reason for the extra cost (there isn't a lot of money to be made in church).
(a bit of background I've worked in film for quite a while and know the differences in cinema cameras and live event cameras).

The church would also like me to be able to use these cameras (and other gear associated to this media 'upgrade') to also shoot interview/short films/testimonies/whatever else. I already use the church's dslr to shoot that, but I don't think the quality out of a xa20 will look better than a dslr. Would it be worth trying to get 1 bmpc or bmcc and trying to get it to match the other xa20s? Is there anyway to do that in the ATEM? Or could I feed it through an HD link to try to match it? Or is it going to be a way bigger hassle than what it is worth?
