Hi.
I know this is a topic discussed but I could find a resolution to it.
I just bought a new GPI&TALLY Interface, brand new and I can update its firmware.
"Update failed. Check connection and try again"

What I tried so far:
- USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connection - different types of cables
- IP Connection both: DHCP and IP STATIC
- different computers
- I tried to do it also in different location with different internet connection and completely different computer.

Can someone help me?

I spoke with AV Matrix and they said Their Tally system supports only Program (RED). They don't support Preview (Green)

Hi. I spoke with BM Support. They recommend to use ATEM Switcher v8.8.
For me it worked
