Ultimatte - Magenta fringe around clothing

Hello,

Using an Ultimatte 12 for a live key. Something I've noticed is magenta coloring on the skin around clothing edges, especially if the talent is wearing purple, pink or red. Occasionally those areas will key out. It does not show up when looking at the Foreground Input, so I don't think it's coming from the camera or lens. It only shows up when looking at the Program or Fill. I've attached an example. You can see the magenta on the skin where the top meets the shoulder.

Any ideas for what this might be or how to fix it?

Thank you.

I am seeing a similar problem, however it does not always appear on red. Not sure what is making it come up in this shot specifically as we have been shooting with ultimatte for a few years and this is the first shoot we have ever seen it on! Image

What version of Desktop Video are you both running? If it's 14.3 I think it's coming from there and not from the Ultimatte's.

However Isaac seeing it on the live feed might disprove that, depending on when he is looking at it.

No desktop video involved here - going directly out of a Blackmagic Design Pyxis into an Ultimatte 12 4K, and the example I've shown can be seen on the ultimatte monitor output.

Try lessening spill suppression settings.

Isacc, Are you seeing this with both versions of cameras you are using, or is this new with the Pyxis cameras? And are you seeing it on all feeds?
