Screen Flicker after 60 sec. Decklink

Have a problem that I can't figure out. I have just built a new machine with 4 decklink fiber cards and all inputs work great. When I playback (using media express and other programs) I get a screen flicker at 60 sec intervals. Occasionally I get a little flicker at random times but the 60 sec flicker seems to last for a second or two and is like clockwork. Eliminated running this through the switcher and went straight to the smart view dual thinking that there was some type of syncing issue. There is not. I have two other systems - one with a decklink extreme and one with an Intesity Pro - no problems on either of these systems. I thought it might be because there were multiple cards but I took the system down to 1 and it still glitched up. Downloaded the latest drivers and no change. The only other thing that I can think of is that I do not have an external video card and maybe it just needs more video memory (but I thought all the processing took place on the BM cards). At a loss and need some advice.

i7 47770k cpu@3.500Ghz
32GB Ram
Windows 7, 64 bit
4 Decklink Fiber Cards
Raid 0 disk speed tested at 418.8 Read Speed using the blackmagic speed test (however the problem happens even if the video is paused or if I am using a camera input).

Try disabling the onboard Bluetooth and wireless module in the BIOS. I've had issue with the Deluxe/Quad board where I was getting black flashes when those were left on and it cleared up once I disabled them

Yes, I turned off the bluetooth and wireless and the output is now clean. I am having another problem with a second box that I built. The specs are identical. The computer has detected all four cards and I can configure them from the BM Control Panel. The problem is that I can't send a feed or bring in a signal. I tried using media express and VLC media player but I just get a black screen. I may have moved some cards around when building the box (originally I had six fiber cards in this one - brought it down to four and probably rearranged them before testing) so I'm not sure if I need to clean out a folder or reset something within the windows software. I was going to do a clean install of the OS but you may have another answer for me.
