ATEM Mini Pro Recording Issue

Although I've been using my ATEM Mini Pro for a couple of years there's never been a need to record directly from the switcher. Today I did a test with a Samsung 1TB SSD and for some reason the recording included a picture in picture at the top left. Although the top left is selected, the PIP button is turned off on the switcher, but is still displaying in the recording. I've tried toggling it off and on several times, but keep having the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this?
