Studio Camera 4K - SDI output suddenly not sending out video

Help! our Blackmagic camera studio 4k camera suddenly stopped sending out video via SDI. We installed our second black magic camera 4k with the same SDI and it works. The screen on the camera still works.

Is this due to a setting?
