ATEM feature request ?

PostThu Feb 22, 2024 9:50 pm

This is more of a request for a whole new product design.

Apple changed everything when they took the mobile phone from physical buttons to a touch screen.

Should there be an ATEM switcher that was just a touch screen ? One that one page of the ATEM software gave you the ability to use a default setting, and also let you custom assign functions any way you preferred?

Maybe a physical joy stick and t-bar add on module or ..........

Thinking out loud.

I think the main reason that touchscreens work on phones and tablets is that you interact directly with the screen. When I operate a vision mixer I don't want to look at the buttons, but rather at the multiview. Hence physical buttons.
