Ultimatte HD Mini Intermittent Working

I just received a new UM12 HD Mini and noticed that it sometimes just turns off or recycles. I lose the connection to the control software, the screen goes blank. When it turns back on, the fans spins on momentarily and goes off again. Also when I tap the upper side of the case, it also turns off. Is there anything a local repair center can do, or do I need to get a replacement?
