The camera does not turn on.

Hello, I am a broadcast production company in Korea. I am using 7 G2 cameras and one of them is broken. After updating to the latest firmware of Blackmagic broadcast g2 yesterday, the camera does not turn on. The camera's fan spins, but nothing is displayed on the LCD screen, and the lens does not work. And the focus of the other camera's 4k lens, fujinon LA16x8BRM, does not work. It's been a year since I purchased it and it doesn't seem to have been repaired. I'm worried. Please help. hdcam1@naver.com

Forum is not a good way to have support for hardware fault. Sometimes Blackmagic Design employees read it, but not daily

Hey, same thing happened for us, we have 6x Broadcast G2 cameras and I updated 1x of them with the latest firmware, did some tests and used it in a production for a day, but the next day it didnt turn on..

Did you try to reinstall or rollback the firmware?

I downgraded the firmware to 8.4 and the camera turned on and seems to be working!
